Overcharged in Next

I was at Next in Hollywood exchange yesterday and purchased a rug and a couple of sets of curtains. When I got home 35 miles away, I was happily hanging my new curtains when I realised that one set had a slit in them!( must have happened with a stanly knife). Got my reciept and was checking it when I noticed that I had been overcharged £5 for the rug?
The label has been removed! The thing is if I go to the closest store (BLLYMENA) will they give me the difference without having to hog the rug there?:o

There's a huge thread in the grab it section about this happening, must be a national problem with there system.

I'd still bring the items with me, especially as faulty!

With these big name stores there should not be a problem changing items at a local store. I rem buying a camera in Belfast and when i was in London the flash went. I brought in into Boots in London and they changed it even without a reciept. And that was 30 yrs ago.

Went to my local store with the receipt and tag. The girl said that the rug i had was originally £110 reduced to £50. I said yes but the tag stated £45 so it was priced wrongly...not by me! She then said that she woudn't arge over a £5er and she gave me the refund
