Mortgage with defaults

Help help help please!

I am trying to get a mortgage to buy a house off a relative. The house is valued at £245k I need a mortgage of £150k to buy it and would like an extra £10k to pay off debts which I have defaulted on. I've tried the specialist brokers but it seems very slow. My defaults where 3yeArs ago and by paying them off would actually give me more money each month! Please can anyone help or is there anybody who knows a super mortgage brokeer!

Thanks

When you say you've 'tried' brokers, what has happened exactly?

Perhaps you'd better tell us about your income and other credit commitments, maintenance etc.

Don't think this is going to happen.
