Terms and Conditions for L'Or!al Paris Revitalift Repair 10 PrizeDraw

1. The prize draw is open to all UK and ROI residents, with the exception of L'Or!al (UK) Limited ("the Promoter") employees and store employees (those working in the stores where demonstrations are taking plce), their immediate families or friends, or anyone connected with the promotion. We are unable to accept entries directly from those aged under 16, but your parent or guardian can submit your application on your behalf.
2. Only one entry per person.
3. Entry is free. No purchase necessary.
4. Entries must be received on or before midnight on 31st July 2011. The Promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
5. Each entrant should enter registration details in the allocated text box space to participate.
6. The entrants to the prize draw will be submitted into a prize draw, 50 entrants will be randomly selected by an independent judge and these winners will each receive one L'Or!al Paris Goody Bag containing: Glam Bronze Duo, Elnett 400ml, Revitalift Night, Lash Architect 4D, Color Riche, Colour Protect Shampoo 250ml, Colour Protect Conditioner 250ml.
7. The prize draw will take place on 10th August 2011 and winners will be notified by telephone or email by 21st August.
8. Entries will only be accepted on provided card or online in the manner set out on the website. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted.
9. The prizes are as stated and there are no alternatives or cash substitutes.
10. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
11. The prizes will be sent by post within 28 days of the prize draw closing date.
12. If the prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms or conditions, then the promoter may in its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
13. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to add to or waive any of these terms and conditions, or to cancel the prize drawat any stage, in the event of circumstance arising beyond its reasonable control.
14. By entering this prize draw entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
15. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement to be eligible.
16. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
17. Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be offered for such promotional opportunities.
