Mixed mortgages on the same property?

I currently have 4 mortgages on my house. All of them are with Nationwide. Three of the products are coming to an end in September but the other one still has about 2 years to run. (I still have abot 13 years before I'm mortgage free. Is it possible to look for another lender for the 3 that are coming to an end or will I need to move all 4?

I have called into my local Nationwide to book for some advice but they showed no interest and said I would do it all by telephone.

IT is stay with NW or move them all.

with NW it is leave on follow on rate or look for new products.

What are the 4 products interest rates now,follow on, how long do they all run for, ammounts and payments.


Most cases with Nationwide it is 2.5% so leave them alone, any overpayment onto the highest rate.

I forgot to say that I am allowed to overpay by £500.00 a month on all the mortgages and I have done this in the past, although my current circumstances have changed.
