    I would think the CCA might well not be available - she could send a template letter with her £1 fee to moorcroft.

    One other possible option - was there a period of 6years between her last payment to littlewoods and her first payment or written acknowledgement to moorcroft? If there was then the debt would be statute barred. If its statute barred she does not legally need to pay and cannot be taken to court.

    I am fairly sure about that (but I have been known to be wrong before :p)
    A ccj can be issued if defaults on payment plans occur even if the default is over six year as the account is not statute barred. But if you know something I don't I would love to know to stop me telling people what I deemed to be correct.
    29th June -Beginning Credit Score 422 :( £2575
    12th July - Credit score 471 :p
    22nd August - Credit Score 550 :p Still very poor just but only just!
    Remaining to pay off: £1370.95

    yes, but if you have half a wit, on a debt this old you can force the creditor into admitting that they do not have the legal documentation required to succeed in court.

    And if they do go to court, they probably end up getting even less per month.

    What is CCA?....guess its something like "Credit ? Agreement"
    I see somewhere about sending £1 to request
    Anything more I should know
