Found a good guide book

My neice told me about a new book called "Days of Thrift" by Linda de Villiers which is a money saving, ethical living guide and has ideas i hadn't thought of including saving money on food, bartering, job hunting and how to be a property guardian if you become homeless. I found it on Amazon as an ebook for £6.99. Might be useful, I need all the help I can get these days:j
