Non Status Mortgages

I already have a couple of buy to let properties and thinking of buying another to refurb. I`ve just started my own company so at this stage will have difficulty proving my income. Does anyone know if there are any lenders offering non status mortgages

None that I know of.
You might want to look at TMW's light refurb product as they ask for no personal income information.
I might be confusing different products so have a look for yourself.

Non status mges - no status or finance checks are from days of old (were 65% with BOS and not for semi-commerical/BTL ventures).
Self cert - status checks but no check on income - again I think long gone.
Your best best as an existing landlord is a BTL mge with no income requirements, just relying upon rental income meeting criteria of 125% on ballpark rate of 6%.
Kensington Mortgages if you are experienced landlord with 4 existing BTL properties - no min income.
The Mortgage Works - 80% max ltv - no income check (but right reserved to request).
All hinges on how much renovation is reqd. The property will need to be of habital condition, kitchen, bathroom in etc, services connected.
Have a chat with either of the above, or a whole of mke broker who will be able to assist and determine if the property in its current condition is acceptable under BTL mge criteria.
Other than than, on a residential mge .. you will need accounts as per normal mge criteria.
Hope this helps
