What is my total expenditure likely to be for fees, etc, for first time mortgage?

I'm just having my mortgaged agreed in principle today. That aside, I wondered what my one-off fees will be.
I had a quote from a conveyancer, and she thinks my legal expenses will be about £900. I don't have to pay stamp duty as the property is <£250k (and I am a first time buyer).
On top of the £900 legal fees, what else is there? I suppose I need a survey but have no idea how much this may cost. Is there anything else? I just want to be sure that I have budgeted enough for fees and one-off costs.
If it's relevant, it's a two-bedroomed flat in an Edwardian conversion in Streatham. The sale price is £246k and it's share of freehold, with 90 years remaining on the lease.
I know quite little about buying property so any input about my one-off expenses would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance, everyone.

Mortgage fees - some lenders have addable arrangement fees, others insist you pay all, or part, upfront. It varies.I am a mortgage broker.
