mortgage credit

Hi
i recently went on my credit report and my mortgage appears twice . ? Both are the same with no late paments or anything . But im wanting to apply for credit but i dont want to get turned down . Is this a mistake by the mortgage company or is it normal? . Appretiate any help.:beer:

I'd recommend talking to your lender. Sometimes mortgage are split into parts for different rates, but usually they should report just one.
It could affect any affordability calcs in a future credit application, but this should only be the case if you are close to the line on the calculations.

yeah its RBS . I dont have any other debts other than my overdraft and have a good credit rating . Ill give them a call now.0
