Following on from the couch25k program, has anyone tried the gateway to 8k?
Thinking about starting it in the next week or so, or as soon as I can actually get to 5k in 30 minutes or less.

That sounds like a good idea. I loved doing the c25k. But now struggle to keep running because I liked having something to aim for. Still running, but not as often as I'd like. I'd love to have something else to get my teeth into.0
