I went to Jasmine, Ballyhack in May and was very happy with the meal and sevice. Not sure about deal or anything like that, but is BYO.

Was in Horation Todds last August? It can get quite busy, but the seating/restaurant area, was quite open spaced. If you are unsure about wheelchair access I would just phone and ask.
