Does anybody have the link to the post this refers to? I'd love to try out this menu but haven't a clue where to start!

I would also be interested in the thread (if there is one), the article he quoted had somebody make literally loads of meals out of £15, I have looked at the above thread which is also excellent (and indeed I will be trying lots of these suggestions out, but would also be interested if there is a link to the other post Martin mentioned.If it seems too good to be true, it probably is, unless its from this forum!0

I think I'll put everything through Tesco.com just to see what it comes to. Also bear in mind that wheat products are going to rocket as the wheat harvest was rubbish this year.
