best equity release company

my mother in law is 62, father in law is 67

thier house is worth 90k

what is the best company and method of releasing equity

is there anyway they could be forced to move out, eg if the company went bust for instance.

    These equity release companies are bad news.

    Equity Release & Lifetime Mortgages are more regulated than a standard mortgage. You'll need the services of an IFA or a mortgage broker with the necessary permissions from the FSA.

    There is an organisation which ensures the lenders in this sector adhere to certain rules, such as a no negative equity guarantee. Their details are here;-

    i wouldnt say there is one best one that fits all.

    https://www.unbiased.co.uk search by equity release/lifetime mortgages and your postcode and it will show local independent specialists.
