U is often used when a new account has been opened and no payments made yet. It also might be used if a creditor doesn't update your credit file for some reason in a particular month.
The 3s for the loan don't sound right though - I would contact the loan company and check there is no problem and ask them to correct the entries on your credit files.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Depending on who your CR is with, you need to raise a dispute!
Do you have proof you paid on time, bank statements etc? If so then call the loan company and talk to them about it, they can change it.29th June -Beginning Credit Score 422
£2575
12th July - Credit score 471
22nd August - Credit Score 550
Still very poor just but only just!
Remaining to pay off: £1370.950 -
I have U's on my loan too - Did you have a deal where you 'pay nothing for the first 3 months'? I did - I took the loan out in June but didn't start paying it back til September so the first 3 months there's no info. If that's the case then I wouldn't worry about it
