I'd be interested to know what people recommend as I'm having a bit of a tough time at the mo as well.
I find that Kalms Night are good for getting you to sleep and keeping you asleep, although it can be hard to get up for work in the morning.
I've tried Kalms (normal daytime ones) and can't feel any difference, and also bought some Bach Rescue Remedy recently after seeing rave reviews but can't feel any difference with that either.

Would recommend St Johns Wort everytime, but make sure you buy a good brand and standardised version from a health food shop. The cheap supermarket ones are a waste of money.
I have used St Johns Wort on and off for about 7 years to help me through difficult times and to boost energy, just don't sunbathe too long when you are taking them because they do make your skin more sensitive to the sun.0
