Not free but Sainsbury's are doing the 500ml bottle of Retardex for half price - £4.10 instead of an eye watering £8.20. Like many i was sceptical of mouth washes but my orthodentist recommended this to me recently and it does seem to be improving my oral hygiene. Unlike 99.99% of mouthwashes it doesn't leave any after taste - its alcohol free and tastes like water. But you can actually feel it working during the day....difficult to describe the feeling, you've got to use it to experience it
