Homebase 15% off voucher in Amazon parcel - details wanted please!

Hi,
Last week I got a delivery from Amazon which, amongst the usual guff, had a voucher for 15% off at Homebase for the weekend just passed. It said on the front that the offer could be used with any other offer in-store, even discounted stuff.
I went along to buy some sliding wardrobe doors which came to over £300, which the young lad helping me said should qualify for the 15% off spends of over £300 on furniture that weekend - wonderful news, I thought - 30% off! However, the woman at the till (who had said that I couldn't order the doors I wanted as she didn't have a catalogue for the codes and had been all-round unhelpful) said it didn't qualify and just processed (and kept) my 15% voucher.
When I got home, I went on their website and added my purchases to the basket - and blow me down, they qualified for the discount. I e-mailed Customer Services (although I just said about my purchases qualifying for the discount, not my additional voucher) who spoke to the store, who have asked me to go in with my receipt. I'm sure they'll say that whilst my order did qualify, the other discount can't be applied as well - although I'm certain it can.
So, in short, has anyone got one of these vouchers? I really need to be able to tell them what it said so I can claim my discount!
I really hope someone can help.
Thanks!

Wow, thank you very much for that!
That doesn't look too promising for me - does the text on the front suggest I could have a chance? I was sure there was something....0
