Not quite sure where to put this but I've had amazing customer service from them, in Nov I ordered a few things, they arrived, I checked them, one item was to follow. This arrived but I didn't check it, when opened on Xmas Day it only contained bird seed and no nesting box.
I emailed them on Boxing Day, today the nesting box arrived.......fantastic service and a big thumbs up for Greenfingers.com
