Yes of course shirley999. Annoyingly my first order was over £50 as I treated myself to a dress which I may or may not keep. Ah well, will see what they say tomorrow.

Thanks for that didn't twig that one!! will give them a call. I ordered 4 dresses (2 in each size) some plimsols, a book and a play and learn pack and for some reason its given me 88p postage discount but can't work out why??

let us know how you get on. I tried to argue about the 20% off when the dresses were £3 but got no where! was told it didn't apply as they were on sale.

What a mess up by M & S! Quite clearly 20% reduction is showing when searching 'All Departments' - school dress. A similar thing occured in June with jewellery sale which showed 70% off sale price. I wrote then about misleading prices, complete with screen shots, but got nowhere. Not only that, now the code UNIFORMS does not work, nor KIDSSAVE which appears on some of sale items.

I telephoned CS and managed to get free delivery for UNIFORMS, but not the 20% nor the KIDSSAVE. CS said they would get on to it, but that's what I was told last time! The phone call took so long, it cost me the delivery charge, as I said I wanted to make a formal complaint. I was put on hold and in the end hung up. Think I may write to CEO......

Edited to add CS Complaints just phoned me back and have taken 20% off school dresses and given me free socks (KIDSSAVE) because no idea what KIDSSAVE code was!

ordered my order (for the 3rd time as further reduced!) and rang cs and got the delivery removed! no luck on the 20% off which would have been £1, but since I ordered the 5 things for £5 and am returning the same stuff I ordered 3 weeks ago and cost about £33, can't complain!!!
