HMRC and Attachment of Earnings Order

I went to court (HMRC v Matey) some while back over disputed unpaid tax. After losing the case the court imposed an Attachment of Earnings Order whereby a deduction is made from my salary.
My questions are ..
Is an Attachment of Earnings Order the same as a County Court Judgement CCJ?
Will I need to declare it when asked about CCJ's?
