Full and Final decline...

Hello,

Could you help me please? I had a full and final of £55 from Cabot declined for a £210 debt. They came back with a offer of £105, I declined and said I can only afford the £55.

They have since said- we can only offers 50%. so £105 only....

Any ideas on my next step? I thought they may come back with a counter offer?
Shall I write to them and offer them a £1 repayment if they cant meet me on the £55, including a budget sheet?

Any advice will be a big help thank you :A

I read on a similar thread that someone was told this, and when they wrote back saying they could up it say in your case by £20 as a family member agreed to help you out on the understanding it was an F&F or the alternative was £1 a month for the forseeable the creditor then agreed to this rather than face forever receiving token payments. I have no experience of this myself though.xx
