3 on my credit file for months I'm repaying an agreed amount

I've had a bad time from my bank. Last year they issued a default notice while I was on holiday for Easter and when I got back I received this only to have the demand for payment the following day.
I agreed a repayment plan with them and made each payment on time but for the first two months of the repayment plan they put me down as a 3 on my credit file then AP two months later despite me still paying off the amount as agreed.
Is AP as bad as a 3 and should AP be on my credit file for each month I'm making agreed repayments?

If you agreed repayments are less than your original contracted amount, or if you are still in arrears and the arrangement is to pay off the arrears then yes they are fine to put down an arrangement to pay.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0

If I were you I would make sure you are not in any arrears then ask them to remove them selves from your credit report. It wont be removed but will show as satisfied or settled.
Good Luck
