Over the Christmas period gamesinfinity unfortunatley encountered some problems with a fraudulant company. We have been taken over by a company owned by a family member, and are now opperating under a new name. Unfortunatley because of the legislation and procedures that this involves we have not had time to deal with refunds as of yet, our accounts are currently being processed and the banks information changed. I therefore suggest that you contact streamline and request a Chargeback, or wait for a cheque to be issued from the bank by the end of the week. I am so sorry for these problems and understand that you need to protect your interests, as a small business we here at gamesinfinity also need to do the same. May I also inform you that there is nothing shady about our opperations, gamesinfinity was a registered company, and are now registered under hyperstring LTD. I hope that this clears up any confusion about your investigations. Again please bare with us as we undergo this period of change
