This prize draw is open to any UK resident aged 18 and over except for employees, and agencies of Shop Direct, Teletext Holidays or any other person connected to this promotion.

• The holiday prize is a long weekend (4 nights) for 2 people to New York and includes return flights from London Heathrow, 4 nights at the 4* Radisson Lexington Hotel on room only basis. A supplement will apply for departures from other UK airports. This prize excludes transport to and from both airports. Winners must also provide their own travel insurance.
• All departure dates, flights and accommodation are subject to availability.
• Holiday extras including insurance, meals, drinks and laundry costs are the responsibility of the prize winner to pay.
• Booking and holiday must be completed by 31st December 2011. The prize cannot be taken during half term or over bank holidays.
• The £700 Holiday Wardrobe prize will be awarded as a £700 credit to a Very.co.uk account. The credit on the account can continue to be used until it reaches a zero balance.
• One submission/entry per person.
• The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
• Closing date is 15th August 2011. The draw will be made by random selection from all valid entries on 22nd August 2011. The prize winner will be notified by email or telephone call within 10 days of the competition closing date.
• Competition winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.
• The winner must respond to the prize for acceptance within 30 days.
• By entering the draw, entrants agree that if they win, their details may be made available to anyone requesting details of the winner.
