Tesco Opticians frame prices - cheaper on website

I just went for an eye test at Tesco Opticians and ended up going for some designer frames which cost £120. I've just looked them up on the Tesco website and seen that they're available to order for £99!
I called the opticians and asked them why they were £20 more in store and they said they didn't know but thought this was normal and most of the frames they sell were probably cheaper on the website. I then asked if they would price match and they said no so I said I would cancel the order and they agreed and cancelled the order over the phone. They then said I would have to go back to the store to have the money put back on my card, the store is not local to me so would mean quite a long drive back to get my refund which is a really annoying.
So if you're going to Tesco for glasses it might be worth just trying the frames on instore and then going home to place the order on their website, seems a bit stupid to me!

Unfortunately not all prescriptions can be ordered online at Tesco. Mine is refused by the website, with a message saying I can order instore [albeit at a higher price]0
