Good quality umbrella

As we go into another wet spell, I have decided to spend some money on a good quality umbrella, one that doesn't bend after one puff of wind.
I normally buy Totes one, but they are useless. I have seen ones on QVC/shopping channels, but they are too big to fit in most of my bags, so it needs to be a supermini/mini one - it think max about 20cms long.
Does anyone have any suggestions.
