Just because your posts in a thread are inaccurate (have you read the limitation act yet?) doesn't mean they will be removed on this forum - thats not how it works.

But I'm guessing that on a thread like this most people reading will work out for themselves which posts are an accurate reflection of the legislation and which are not.

Oh and a thread of yours was removed, a thread you started yourself and I and others replied on.

Edit The thread of yours that was removed is still visible in google cache by the way before you deny its existence.

The problem is that you are giving out totally incorrect information, either based on ignorance or perhaps even a deliberate desire to mislead.

Someone following such terrible and misinformed advice/info, believing it to be correct, could end up doing their case against Aktiv and their financial position a great deal of harm.

So we are not going to just stand by and watch you post the drivel that you do without comment and without refuting it.
