Try the yoga sphinx / cobra poses. It will stretch your neck a bit and is very MSE (ie costs nothing). Yoga in general is an excellent idea.
Sadly if you were blessed with a double chin whilst slim, the only effective remedy would be surgery. I would learn to live with it, certainly don't spend money on lotions and potions.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

I know that you're joking about the liposuction, but really, don't even think about it.I had some fat taken out of my thighs and it's left them a bit uneven. It doesn't bother me too much because it's only on my thighs, not somewhere that other people can usually see. I'm keen to point out that it wasn't cosmetic liposuction, it was to even up another part of me that had gone wrong when the surgeons gave me mrsa during an earlier (also non-cosmetic) surgery.
I've always heard that if you press your tongue to the roof of your mouth, it makes a chin look tauter. Have a look in the mirror and see which poses you like best.0 -
Your lack of definition around the jawline is probably due to your facial bone structure and will only be changed significantly by painful and expensive surgery. Don't bother...your fiance loves you as do your friends and family. Just opt for the best and cheapest beauty treatment: A big happy smile as you marry the man you love with all your favourite people there to share it with you! And the photo's aren't there for people (including yourself) to critique your dress sense or what nature has given you - they're a memento of a major scene in your life story.0

I'd also flag this as an area of concern for the photographer - very simple things, like taking images from slightly above instead of slightly below, would minimise the issue quite significantly (hence, if anyone's interested, why girls always hold their mobile slightly above themselves when taking the classical "myspace" profile pic
)

Also to add that there are makeup techniques to help minimise this, something to do with putting a slightly different shade of foundation on your neck than your face!0

Before you can deal with any double chin problem you have to ensure you know what category of person you fit in. Not everyone overweight has a double chin and it can be due to posture or even genetics. While surgery is an option it's also vital to know what type of surgery you want to opt for. As always, a natural non aggressive approach is best when trying to lose a double chin, facial exercises or products or a combination of both. As pointed out you can also use different ways to hide a double chin, from hair styles to what kind of clothes to wear. If you want more information on the different ways you can lose a double chin or even hide it while trying to lose it check out double-chin(dot)com.0

hi, a big thank you to all of you who have replied with advice...i will definately be trying some neck exercises and the tongue in roof technique and looking at the ways make up can disguise my chin(s)...i know deep down i am being ridiculous and that oh loves me etc etc , its just that i am a naturally shy person and always try and dodge photos etc, we are having a low key wedding precisely because i dont like being centre of attention (and to try and keep it stress free)and honestly i am not a vain person (despite this issue lol!!)and am quite low maintenance usually..we are not having a photographer as we are on a tight budget so will just have to hope for the best.thanks again for all your help, i really cant wait to get married and i know we will have a lovely day so i know i am just being daft!!0

I have the same problem and I have been told by a photographer once that posture is really important. try getting a friend with a camera and practicing - stand tall with your head held as high as you can, lift your chin half an inch from normal and then move your face half an inch forward.
take pictures with standard posture, head in normal position etc to compare to and just try a few things.
make up slightly darker on the bit you want to hide too0 -
there is a brilliant bio oil copy that is sold in wilkinsons that is around 80p and is wonderful for toning its worth a try for under a quid might just be a bit of looser skin that will tighten with that

Liposuction is the best method to fix the issue. But make sure that you contact expert plastic surgeons. Plastic surgery is of great help for many of the people to give a perfect shape to the body.0
