Hello,
So far this forum has been so helpful. I have learnt alot already and had posted my soa based on my part time job see here. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/45352526#Comment_45352526
I have now got a new job and it is such a relief. Its office temp work, starts tomorrow! It was only 2 weeks but now is until October. I will be working full time and getting paid weekly.
So this is my chance to pay off the credit card, reduce the size of my overdraft (virgin rejected me for a CC because overdraft was too big) and get a chunck towards my loan.
Having looked at my soa I know that I can survive on about £320 a month, so I am thinking of putting all of the extra I earn towards payments.
* I have just signed up to online banking so I can keep track of my balance as I will be working when bank branches are open.
* I bought packed lunck food for this week to save money.
* I have also come down with a cold the last few days which is very bad timing, as I think it is going to be a bit of a shock going from 12 hours a week to 35 hours at first!
