Nectar Points at Brewers Fayre not added

During November we used the 950 extra points at Brewers Fayre vouchers on two occasions. Hubby didn't check the receipt when he paid so didn't notice that on the one occasion the points hadn't been added. We discovered the points were missing when checking out the My Account section at nectar.com and found that there was only one entry for BF of 950 points not two.
Does anyone know if there is any way we can get these points added now? We don't have any proof as the receipt was thrown away once the credit card bill was paid.

Are they those Vouchers you get through from Nectar with 500 Extra Points for Spending £20 at such and such a place etc
If So, these vouchers actually take a full 28 days to appear on your account, and certaintly dont go on straight away, Also the christmas period would have certaintly delayed things as well if it has been 28 days sinse you did it.
The Only way to sort it out is to phone them up, or maybe e-mail them if you can find some contact details on their website0 -
Try waiting to have Nectar points added for Sainsbury's Energy and Sainsbury's motor insurance - I've been calling them for almost 3 months now without success and am still owed 4,000 points. One hundred years from now it won't matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much money I had in the bank, nor what my clothes looked like but the world may be a little better because, I was important in the life of a child.0

I had a similar problem with nectar and ebookers... took about 6 phonecalls to get 4000 points added and about 3 months too... eventually got them but I would recommend you chase them up0
