    Cancel the payment protection ASAP it doesnt protect you it protects the banks, that free money will do wonders to gettign your debts down quickly.
    If it doesnt pay rent sell it.

    Id use the credit card for any emergancy, it may sound like bad advice and ill probably be shot for it but assuming you go 6 months with out any "emergancy" and then the washing machine breaks in those 6 months you will most likely have reduced your debt by more than the cost of a new washer etc, there may be something you cant plan for eg very large car repair bill but you would most likely need to borrow for that anyway untill you are debt free and can start saving the amounts your paying to the banks.
    If it doesnt pay rent sell it.

    I've been Money Tipped!
    With it being the New Year, you may be able to get a special offer package on gym membership or something which would work out cheaper than what you are currently paying. All these people with resolutions to lose weight, get fit etc. Just a thought.
