Where on earth do you buy carpet shampoo for a Vax ?

i havent bought it for a while but they used to sell it at Argos

I use 1001 carpet cleaner from Poundland in my mams vax and have also used it in a Rug Doctor and it was fine.If you dont live near a Poundland you can also buy it in the supermarket but it is more expensive but a lot cheaper than the proper vax shampoo

Happy35 is right, I use 1001 in my Vax no problem, used to get in in Wilkinsons for £2.99 a bottle, now it is £1.00 in Poundland and I bought either in one go! The vax stuff is expensive nearly a fiver for a bottle and all you are doing is putting it into the water reservior and sucking the excess water out!

Argos want £16 so yes, I think 1001 or Stardrops will do fine !

i always use 1001 in my machine, but make sure its the
"non foaming" one because they do diffent types.
