Plenty of mistakes, but no regrets.

If you do this online you get up to £50 cashback too.
Considering the typical home insurance policy is only a couple of hundred £50 is a lot! I don't see why you cant try for the vouchers too!0 -
I just got a quote from the site and it was £169 more than i am paying now so £100, £30 in vouchers and a free pen isn't worth it for me.
My advice would be to compare insurance on http://www.moneysupermarket.com and get the best possible deal that way.

hi
i tried doing this but my own cover is much cheaper then lloyds
and the other thing is that they dont send u the vouchers unless you take the polict with them so its waste of time really
thanks anyway0 -
Was just going to say you think it is a must win for us, but like previous poster, my quote was roughly £150 more than my current one (before I even shop around).
As ever, best advice is shop around and not grab the first deal. She slashed every one of us0 -
It does seem odd doesn't it. I guess it works out cheaper if you are already with one of the companies that they are brokers for Zurich, Axa, Sunalliance
Personally I found a quote I did from Churchill was £20 cheaper and came with £11 cashback - so lloyds was slightly betters.
A good place to compare policies is ScreenTrade. Then if you decide to buy from them you can get £20 at Greasypalm or £30 at linemypocket:

(you have to go through one of the cashback sites before you do the quote)0 -
