Skin care for sensitive skin

What do you recommend as a simple, no fuss skin care regime for sensitive, ezcema prone skin, not too expensive.

    I use aqueous cream for washing (with water - as a soap substitute). You can get a huge tub for less than £2 in most chemists.

    having been a sufferer for too many years, I wish you well, for me the best thing I did was chuck out all the prescription stuff.
    skin problems (excema) tend to go in cycles - ie some years/months better than others.
    nowadays I use cheapo own brand alovera/coconut/cocoabutter stuff and it's really helped.
