Simple hair care

According to my hairdressers I need to use shampoo, ordinary conditioner, treatment and a styling product yet when I went elsewhere once just for a trim I was advised just to shampoo and use a light conditioner spray as my hair is so baby fine, even though its coloured. How can you take the advice of hairdressers when they all give different advice and isn't simple hair care the best - less products etc.

Because they are hairdressers, not trichologists.0

I think you've just got to work out what's best for you with trial and error and it also depends on what you want your hair to look like when it's 'finished'. If you want it to look natural and soft (but possibly flyaway if you've got fine hair) then do as little as possible to it, whereas if you want it to look thicker or to have more of a style then add products that'll help with that. If you're unsure of what products to use or want people's opinions then either ask on here or go on review sites and find out what others have used with similar hair types to you
Never argue with an idiot; they'll bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.0 -
hi there... Basically i have te same type of hair just like you. Somehow I always do a little hair treatment to my hair to keep it shiny and in its best condition. After shampooing I use light conditioner (my hair is a little bit oily). and then I continue to use hair tonic or vitamin for hair. This treatment keeps my hair looks shiny and feels smooth.0

Hi,
Here are some hair care tips which are essential for our hairs:
1. Oil massage is essential for good and healthy hair .
2. Drinking water will work to achieve healthy hair. It helps the hair to shine, reduce the brittle strands and helps to grow at a rapid speed.
3. Proteins and vitamins are essential for healthy hair. Proteins makes hair become more voluminous as it helps to to hair development.
4. Right wash is also important for healthy hair. As some people damage their hair during washing.
5. One should avoid curling hairs with irons and hair dryers to prevent hair loss and your money.0 -
