Halifax CC Interest and Charges

Hi All
I'm hoping for a bit of advice, I have been in a DMP with CCCS for a year and have managed to clear 6.3% of my debt.
All my creditors accepted the plan and stopped interest and charges. However Halifax did start the charges again, I've spoken to CCCS and Halifax have stopped the charges but already I owe them £209 more than I did a year ago.
Is there anyway to claim back this interest and charges? Without these charges it would be more like 9% that I had cleared of my debt and I am just frustrated that I am not as far along as I hoped!
Any advice would be welcome!
Thanks

Does anyone have any advice?
I'm getting frustrated as it seems everyone else's debts are going down quicker than mine and the end is no where in sight!Debt-Free Wannabe / Long Haul Supporter 238 - Proud to be Dealing with my DebtsLBM Moment June 2010 DMP with CCCS Started August 2010Total Debt at LBM = £17,602.74 / Current Debt = £16,285.76 / Cleared = £1.316.98 (7.5%)0 -

Hi,
You could contact them and ask them to remove these charges from the account due to you being on the dmp, but I don't believe they are under any obligation to do so, but you could try the goodwill gesture route etc. I know it's annoying and frustrating, but some of the companies refuse to stop interest/charges etc and punish people even further. Try to keep your chin up and keep a good eye on the statements in case they try to add more charges in the future.
Good luck
RedIf you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
