Tinned shredded crab meat

Hi all
i`ve been given 12 tins of shredded crab meat
not sure what to do with them lol
any ideas ???

great in a quiche...u could make crab cakes (like fish cakes)...with a salad..hth

I'd pop it with some avocado in sushi rolls, in wraps or in sandwiches. Also if I'm ever lucky enough to get free crab meat it makes a nice spaghetti dish just stirred through it with lemon, salt and pepper.

crab cakes of course, also crab mousse (look for a recipe for salmon mousse and just use the same amount of crab). Crab pate, potted crab and just crab with salad!

Can I second the stirred through pasta - that suggestion sounds great, I'd go with some cherry tomatoes in there, too - or in marie rose sauce like a prawn cocktail - only crab of course - maybe with a jacket potato.

Crab cakes is a good idea, too.
