Thankyou to everyone who has posted and i certainly have some food for thought with all your replies. Looks like i have alot of homework to do in the next couple of years to see if at my level of the housing market it's worth it or whether we should live a nice mortgage free life. As i am only 39 years old and we are hoping to go and live in another country when i am 52 after our childs education would be finished,it seemed a good idea to sell one home at that time and rent one to get a regular income. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
All posts appreciated
