Sewing stitch question?

DD has a top with pretty flowers on and one of the stitches has come undone. It a knot stich, but I cant remember the name or how you make the stitch:rolleyes: Any ideas?

It does sound like a french knot. These can be tricky to do straight off, practice several on an old rag, it took me ages to get get it right.
