They contacted my friend who i have been helping , i assume because he checked his credit file all the debts are statue barred and he only has two cj one coming off later this year and the other in 2012 all defaults fell off late last year and early this year cj's are being paid no payments or contact were made with any of the defaults for over 6 years and all were unsecured debts , he did speak to them on the second time of calling and said he didn't owe any money, that he was aware he legally had to pay on any debt. She said he had to prove he didn't owe them any money, he replied you have to prove I owe you money and that I am liable to pay it , I have no intention of paying you and if you wish to contact me in the future I suggest you write to me thanks for calling cherio. I would add as he was saying this she was still spouting down the phone we want the money you owe and you have to prove you do not owe us money bla bla bla.
