Hopefully no one will be 'helped'.

This company are a disgrace - they tried to rip me off for a laptop they provided the wrong specifications on, added ram I didn't want, charged me for it, then tried to take my shipping cost off my on return.

Had to get trading standards to get my shipping cost back.

Avoid at all costs.

I too would recommend this site. Their prices are great and their customer service is very good too.

I would not touch them with a barge pole.
My son nearly ended up with no Xmas present last year. They sent a faulty laptop that was registered to someone else, and could not have cared less.
Even though this was a major error to me.
I had to purchase another one and claim a refund back. which coincidently took three weeks. They would not send me another one out, and it was too close to Xmas to get a refund.
Had it not been so close to Xmas I would have gone elsewhere. It was 12:00 Xmas eve when the second one turned up.
You only find out how good a company is when you need help. They are all good if you just buy and receive. It is only when you have a problem that you see the true colours.

I'd ecco the concerns that others have mentioned regarding the CS and quality of service offereded by LD. I've used many suppliers on behalf of customers when purchasing equipment and have been rather disapointed by the delays and messing around that LD seam to indulge in. Spend afew quid more and purchase from someone a little more reputable such as Ebuyer or Dabs.

Bad company, i purchased a laptop in the sale, they sent me the wrong one, also amended my order for the much more more expensive laptop without asking - even though i payed for a cheaper one, is that fruad?

I sent it back and it took about half a dozen phone calls and three weeks to get my money refunded... stay away...

i wanted to get a laptop from them but i was on hold for a hour and i decided to check the dell outlet and found this lil beauty and it absolutely destroys the one i was looking at before
