Pressure cooker and chicken stock

On thursday (it's Sat today) I made some chicken stock in my pressure cooker, and since then have been too busy to do anything with it. I have not opened the cooker, so it's all still sealed in - am I right in thinking that as long as I haven't opened it it will still be OK as the inside must be sterile ? It hasn't been in the fridge, just in my cool kitchen ?
And if it is still OK how long would it stay OK if not opened (I'm thinking of things thta get cooked in their cans and keep for ages) - would a PC have the same effect ? (I don't propose to leave it any longer, but am just interested in the second question !)

I'd say if you had put it in your fridge you 'd be ok. But as you'd left it in your kitchen - the temperature would be perfect for it go off or produce bacteria. The fact the lid is on will not stop this from happening.0

I should have added when a pressure cooker cools down it isn't air tight so not the same as a tin can etc.0

no, don`t use it. It has been well insulated and will have been warm for ages. Chicken broth makes a good nutrient for growing bacteria. I always open the lid as soon as done and strain into a cool bowl and I cool it quickly and straight into the fridge0
