Letting agent in East Belfast

Options
Hi there,
We are currently thinking of renting out my fiance's house and were wondering what letting agent to use, if we use one at all.
Any tips or advice welcome.
Thanks
Julie

I have used PRESTIGE, East Belfast in the past and found them excellent

Prestige or Property One are very good, Hot Property are one to avoid

Been letting out with Martin & co for 3.5 years and have nothing but praise for them! yes they take a cut but they do provide an excellent hassle free service.

Not hassle free for their tenants I'm afraid. The quarterly inspections were particularly bad... we were so insulted! Never heard of such a thing before or since. No doubt they charge the LL extra for that.

Oh, and they PAINTED OVER a patch of mould in the kitchen instead of treating it (which is why we moved out). Nice if you're the poor LL who is unaware of a problem which could cost you £££s to fix down the line!

Been there, done that and swore NEVER to rent via them again. We now rent a fab house direct from a lovely LL.
