Hi i bought a 20 can pack of cans from sainsburys when visiting friends, when I opened it one of the cans was only less than a quater full, as I don't live near to the shop I phoned fosters, they asked for the product and so I went to post office to collect packaging they sent and returned the product. They sent a letter back which I have just collected as it was recorded delivery. It said it wasn't their fault and as a gesture of goodwill they would give me a voucher for 4 pounds. I spent that on parking to go to postoffice 3 times!!!. The moral is that even if you have to drive for miles it is worth taking it back to the store when I phoned sainsburys they said they would have replaced the whole pack!!!

if i buy a t-shirt from Burtons and theres a problem with it, then i dont contact the machine shop that made it, i contact Burtons who sold me the t-shirt.
Always go back to the person/company that sold you the item.0 -
You got £4 for a can of beer, not really their fault you had to pay for parking, is it?0

And in other news, Govenrment ministers of some African countries have a fleet of black Mercedes, most ministers wear designer suits and have Swiss bank accounts plundered from aid money (allegedly)
Back to todays news, yes you should have rang the store, but at least you got your beer glass filled
