debt whilst renting

I have a huge amount of debt, and currently are renting.
I am in an agreed plan with 4 of my CC co's but I am really struggling to make payments on them.
The agreements did not involve a SOA, the cc just gave me a reduced amount to pay for 6 mths to try to get back under my credit limit.
Now I'm going to have to go on a DMP or at worst, BR, cause I just cant make the payments
Question is this...
When I have to do a SOA, how do I do it? do I include my wifes income etc? (she has only a small debt but can manage her own)
If I dont include her, do I split Rent, Bills etc 50:50?
All my debts are in my sole name
And I suppose more importantly, If I am advised to go BR, will this affect my wife? if so how?
Thanks

50% of everything you would put down, in regards to effecting your wife only if you have things like joint accounts or utilitys in both namesDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
