I sent a template letter which discussed statute barred + requesting the credit agree

ment..

They replied saying there was a payment in 2007 of £139.99...

but they didnt send me a copy of the credit agreement, what do I do now?

I found a template letter asking for it again...I have to send £1 or something (do I get a postal order? Is that the best way?)

Not a massive expert, but from what I've read on here, DCAs have a habit of making up payments that would prevent a debt being statute barred.

Not much info to go on from your post, but I'd be more concerned with getting proof of the payment rather than the CCA. Do you owe the money?

The asking again template is probably good, but ask fro proof of payment and don't admit liability for the debt.

Your other thread says that you don't think that you made this payment.

Lowells have been known to make up ficticious payments when sent a statute barred template, so instead of requesting credit agreements you probably need to be challenging them to provide proof of that payment.
