well done to M&S online! Ordered xmas morning, received this morning. Complete order, really well packaged with no sale scuffs or marks or damaged packaging.... no standing in queues, no fighting or scrambling around for bargains.

Glad to hear praise for a retailer doing a good job and that it was worthwhile spending some of Xmas day online shopping. Like you say beats being pushed about in the crowds for shop soiled goods.

My M&S order came today. It's the second order I have done using them and love the quality of service.

sorry!! i had been reading on this forum and just thought i'd post that my order had come as was pleased with service. If i had thought about it, would have added it to the M&S thread.... sorry!
