Got mine from the local sweet shop around the corner, a Cadbury Snowflake bar. I just assumed they would be generally available everywhere.

I just looked at a couple of offers.
There's no mention of limiting the number of times you can visit, so presumably you just need the voucher, and the chocolate wrapper (after carefully disposing of the contents)
