Help to find letter templates?

Hi - sure there must be a letter template somewhere....
I want to send some companies a letter offering them reduced monthly payments (less than minimum payments but not insubstantial!) as my work situation has changed at the moment and I am struggling
Could someone provide a link for me - as I am getting lost on this forum! (& getting so interested in the posts that my attention is wandering off).
To give myself some breathing space - I am thinking of phoning my mortgage company and asking them if I can get some kind of interest only payment installed for eg 6 months. Has anyone done this?
Hopefully this is just a temporary measure...
Thanks in advance
