Audio transcription companies

Hi, I do audio on a freelance basis. I'm finding it rather frustrating as approached Outsec, did the tests and yes they want me on a 3 months probation. Only problem is as soon as I said I have children and have to fit work in around them they didn't really want to know. Their loss .

Does anyone know of any companies that offer typing where you can take as much as you need when you can but at other times just bits and bobs that you can fit in around other commitments or am I asking for the impossible?

I've looked on peopleperhour, elance and freelance but people are willing to type for peanuts and I can't compete with them.
